The Pillar College Master of Arts in Counseling Degree Program contains a concentration specifically created for the Business Professional with a global reach and for those seeking to gain an understanding of human development, organizational behavior, team dynamics, motivation, and performance as well as effective human resource management.
In addition to graduate courses in counseling such as Counseling Theory and Practice, Human Growth and Development, Ethical and Legal Issues in Counseling (to name a few), courses in Management have been crafted into a competitive concentration to include Human Resource Management, Conflict Management, Cross-Cultural Organizational Management, and Applied Organizational Psychology. This option is for the management practitioner who is not seeking licensure, nor pursuing a career in clinical counseling in the state of New Jersey.
