Elena is responsible for overall management of Pillar College’s continuing education program. As Director of the Pillar Academy of Continuing Education (PACE) and as a Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) Associate, she is dedicated to creating rich learning experiences that promote the intellectual development and spiritual growth of adults and students who are pursuing education outside of a standard degree program.

She is an energetic, goal-oriented advocate and educator with more than 15 years of leadership experience in diverse contexts, with hands-on experience managing and working in a team environment to set priorities and exceed established goals.

Her fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Polish enables her to quickly connect with multicultural groups and address the educational needs of diverse populations as she works with community leaders to support Pillar graduates with job-based learning programs that complement their college degrees.

Elena also works to expand overall enrollment at Pillar by adding courses to the PACE curriculum that enable students to earn credits toward a college degree. Passionate in her pursuit of excellence as an educator, Elena is devoted to advancing the kingdom of God one student at a time!
