Speaker

Amy Huber currently serves as the Director of Discipleship and Connections at Millington Baptist Church in Basking Ridge, NJ. Prior to this ministry assignment, Amy has enjoyed serving in biblical higher education at Pillar College for the past 20 years, most recently in the role of Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Amy also currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Association for Biblical Higher Education. Her experiences in higher education leadership, student engagement, and program development coupled with her passion for spiritual formation and cultivating a sense of community align with her new role and she was thrilled to join the MBC team this past January.

Amy holds a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech, a Master of Education from Liberty University, and is a Doctor of Education (Candidate)at Bethel University. Amy also holds certifications in Cultural Intelligence(CQ) and Emotional Intelligence (EQi).

Amy and her husband, Warren, a pastor and church planter, have been married for 23 years. Amy loves spending time outdoors at the shore, hiking, gardening, playing pickleball, and creating wire tree sculptures.

Joshua and Paula, the visionary Lead Pastors at The Cityline Church in Jersey City, lead one of the most dynamic bilingual ministries in the Northeastern United States. With a diverse congregation of over 400 households, they are committed to empowering individuals by reconnecting them with their divine identity. Their ministry has expanded into various initiatives, including a private Christian school for grades K-8, national and global church planting, and numerous community-based programs.

Joshua's remarkable journey from Wall Street investment management to full-time ministry in 1996 led him to become the first Hispanic Police Chaplain in Jersey City’s history. His leadership extends to serving in multiple advisory roles for state and national initiatives, including positions on Governor's Transition Teams, the Governor’s Hispanic Advisory Council, and the New Jersey Puerto Rico Relief Commission. He holds a Doctorate in Global Leadership and has been recognized with numerous honors for his contributions to both the church and the community.

Paula, with her background in Wall Street and radio broadcasting, has emerged as a powerful leader and preacher in her own right, blending her musical talents with ministry. She has recorded multiple music productions and earned a degree in Music in Worship from Nyack College. Together, Joshua and Paula, distinguished authors and leaders, impact lives worldwide, balancing their extensive ministry work with a fulfilling family life, including four children, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren in New Jersey.
