Presently Dr. Wayne R. Dyer is the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Pillar College. Previously he served as Dean of the LEAD (Life Enhancing Accelerated Degree) program at Pillar College.

Prior to coming to Pillar College, Dr. Dyer served in an interim capacity in the Office of Academic Affairs at the County College of Morris, Randolph. Previously he served as Chief Administrative Officer of the New Community Corporation, Newark, Vice President of Compliance at the New York Private Industry Council, and Executive Director of The Passaic County Career Center/Workforce Development in Clifton, Dr. Dyer holds a Baccalaureate from Nyack College, Nyack, NY. Graduate Studies in Educational Administration were completed at Kean University, Union, and Rutgers University, New Brunswick. He earned the Doctor of Ministry degree at Drew University Madison . Beginning his career as an educator Dr. Dyer holds teacher, supervisor, and principal certifications. His educational experience spans public and private venues from Kindergarten through post-secondary. He served as a district administrator in East Brunswick with responsibility for 200+ staff and over 4,000 students.
