“Pillar College has allowed me to walk in the gifts that God has purposed in my life. I began as an Adjunct Instructor at Pillar College in 2006. In 2015, I became a consultant to develop the first graduate-degree program (the MAC Program) at Pillar College, and began as the Program Director in 2016, launching the first MAC cohort in March 2016.
Pillar College has allowed me to be instrumental in implementing an academic program developmental model to assist with the development, implementation, and on-going improvements of academic degree programs. The academic program development model, referred to as the T.E.A.M approach (Together Establishing and Maintaining) was used as a strategic plan that contributed to the successful launch of two graduate-degree level programs.” #blackhistorymonth #pillarcollege #pillarcollegecelebratesblackhistorymonth
