BY WHEN DO I NEED TO SIGN UP?

• January 19, 2018: Deadline to submit Non-Refundable Deposit of $100 and register for the course.

HOW MUCH IS THE TRIP?

Cost: $3,240

Cost: $3,240 includes…

• Air Travel: International & Domestic
• Ground Transportation:   Private Motor Coach
• Accommodations:  2 or More Persons    Per  Room (Single Supplement $380)
• Meals: All Breakfasts, 2 Lunches,    & 7 Dinners
• Activities: Entrance fees to museums,   parks, etc.

Payment Schedule:

• January 19: Deadline for Non-Refundable Deposit of $100
• February 9: First Installment of $1047
• March 9: Second Installment of $1047
• March 31: Third Installment of $1047

WILL I BE ABLE TO APPLY FINANCIAL AID TO THE COST OF THE TRIP?

Possibly. It all depends upon your current financial aid standing, but financial aid could potentially cover even the travel costs. Speak to your Financial Aid representative to determine your eligibility.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?

YES! If you do not have one already, or yours has expired, start applying for one TODAY! This can be a long process (4-8 weeks!) and could prevent you from being able to go. (No visas are required if you currently hold a valid USA passport.) Click here to apply

HOW MANY CREDITS WILL I EARN?

3 Credits Hours: May Qualify for Block Pricing (Contact the Registrar to confirm)
