Erica M. Oliver, is responsible for raising the public visibility of the College, establishing and sustaining ties with wide ranging constituencies and securing non-student financial resources. As Vice President of Institutional Outreach and Marketing, she leads a team in cultivating and stewarding alumni and current and prospective donors. She oversees the planning and implementation of the College’s marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and building awareness, through innovative engagement, in support of the institution’s academic, enrollment and advancement objectives. She also serves as the point person for all media inquiries and public relations.

Erica has 20 years’ marketing experience serving in various industries including retail, publishing, travel, media and healthcare, for companies such as Toys R Us International, Babies R Us, Northstar Travel Media, RWJBarnabas Health, Sunrise Senior Living and CarePont Health. Believing everyone should follow their passions, is what led Erica to writing her first book. Erica Oliver is the author of When I Grow Up…Just Imagine., an active member of a few community service organizations and recipient of the West Orange Human Relations Commission – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “Love of Service” award.
Erica earned her BA in Economics from Rutgers University, mini MBA in Social Media Marketing from Rutgers Business School Executive Education, and is pursuing her MBA from William Woods University.
