We’re here to help you begin your journey with Pillar College.

Welcome to Pillar College

Pillar College is New Jersey’s one and only fully-accredited evangelical college in the heart of the inner city. A great way to learn more about the Pillar College community is to schedule a personal visit or attend any of our Admissions events we schedule throughout the year. You can schedule a visit at any of our five locations in Newark, Somerset, Paterson, Plainfield, and Jersey City.

Pillar College Admissions Counselors lead campus tours on weekdays, with Saturday tours available by appointment only. You can visit classrooms, talk to professors, tour our student center, and athletic facilities (Somerset campus only). When you see Pillar College up close, you’ll get a good sense of the unique and supportive environment offered at each campus, as well as the types of students Pillar attracts. While visiting, feel free to speak with an Admissions Counselor who can answer any questions you might have.

Rolling Admissions at Pillar College

Pillar College operates on a rolling admissions policy. The school invites applicants who have exhibited academic achievement and who are likely to benefit from and succeed in the programs of study offered. To ensure appropriate time for admission consideration, prospective students should have their admissions packet completely submitted 15 days prior to the beginning of the term.

A student is considered for admission when all parts of the application packet are submitted and evaluated. If you already have a college degree or at least 12 college credits, proof of high school graduation is not necessary. Please submit all official college transcript(s) for a review of credits.
